Dan joined Lawyers Title in 2018, as VP, focusing on business development in commercial transactions. Dan brings 17 years of commercial real estate experience with him. He spent 14 years at Swearingen Realty Group specializing in tenant representation on a local and national basis. His clients there had interests in leasing, consolidations, purchases, dispositions, construction management, layout/design, space planning, valuation, finance, and general administration. As a result he had a broad exposure to a variety of commercial industries. Dan joined Lawyers Title as an opportunity to stay in commercial real estate from a service provider perspective, while taking on a more relationship-driven role.
Dan is a 2002 graduate of the University of Texas with a degree in government and business foundations. Dan and his wife, Jacquelyn, live in Dallas with their two daughters. When he’s not working, Dan enjoys golf and hunting, two activities he has come to love doing with his daughters.
